2007 Basketball Gold Statistics Upgrade Enhancements

1. Fix to column headers for Player and team game by game

2. Fixed problem with backup to floppy/flash drive

3. Corrected random problem with file restore

4. Corrected the clear address field when adding a team.

5. Raised the limit from 600 total games to 2000 total games.

5. Upgraded the background files for enhance perfomance on Windows Vista. 

6. Corrected help file errors concerning Windows Vista.

As always, all bugs caught since the last release were fixed.
