Meet Manager lets you pre-register athletes into events in 2 ways: for hand-written entries, use our special team Super Seed program to enter all the athletes on one screen. Just click on an empty slot in the appropriate event, then click on the athlete in the roster list. The athlete will then be added to the event.

The other way to register teams into the meet is with our automatic entries system. This process lets you receive entries from coaches via CD/Flash drive (created within the software or coaches can download it free from our website) or they can e-mail the entries. In just 5 seconds, an entire team can be registered and entered into the meet, cutting hours from your setup time!

After the events are setup, the software draws up heats for the races and flights for the field events according to the rules appropriate for your meet. You may change whatever you need - the system is completely flexible. Print your judge’s forms, and your ready to enter in results!
