1. The host coach sets up the meet information and events after receiving the key from us

4. And e-mail their entries to the hosting coach!

5. The hosting coach receives the e-mails, and adds the entries into the meet with their Sydex meet hosting software! (CCstat Gold or Track Gold and Meet Manager)
