Track Meet Manager Screen Samples
Meet Manager lets you pre-register athletes into their events in two ways: for hand-written
entries, use our special Team Super Seed program to enter all the athletes on one screen. Just
click on an empty slot in the appropriate event, then click on the athlete in the roster list. He will be
added to the event.

The other way to register teams into the meet is with our automatic entries system. This process
lets you receive entries from coaches via diskette (created within the software, or coaches can
download it FREE from our website!), or they can email the entries. In just 5 seconds, an entire
team can be registered and entered into the meet, cutting hours from your setup time!

After the events are set up, the software draws up heats for races, and flights for fields events,
according to the rules appropriate for your meet. You may change whatever you need -- the system is
completely flexible. Print your judges' forms, and you're ready to enter results!
