INSTALL/RUN YOUR SOFTWARE
Once you have downloaded the software, find the file "trkfree.exe" on 
your hard drive (usually in your "Download" directory), then double click 
it to launch the program.  Follow the on-screen instructions, until the  
"Sydex Software Installation" screen appears.  Click Continue.  When 
finished, it will set up an icon in the Sydex Sports Software group.  


To run the Track Freeware, click "Start", "Programs", "Sydex Sports Software", 
then on the Track Freeware icon.
