Track Gold Upgrade Enhancements

1. Updated the background files for enhanced performance on Windows Vista.

2. Correct help file errors concerning Windows Vista.

3. Minor fix to individual points calculations.

4. Fix to bypass 114 error when printing - put skippages.txt in the trkstat folder with YES in it.

5. Women’s roster did not print correctly (fixed).

6. Corrected problem with Entries Manager when Inactive team is selected.

7.Corrected problems with receive results.

8. Fixed Remove Team.

9. Fixed issues with Double Duals races with over 20 runners.

As always, all bugs caught since the last release were fixed.
