2007 VBStat Upgrade Enhancements

1. Fixed the problems with column headers.

 

2. Corrected random problem with file restore

 

3. Upgraded the background files for enhanced performance on Windows Vista

 

4. Corrected help file errors concerning Windows Vista

 

As always, all bugs caught since the last release were fixed.
